Cosmic Qigong

Cosmic Qigong is a very powerful energetic practice that is unlike any other form of Qigong out there.

Meaning: Qi (Life Force Energy) Xi (Shen, Pericardium, Lightning energy of the heart center)  Yi (Intention)
So we manifest our intentions from the Qi that we cultivate into Xi (Shen)
