In the Self-Transformation Challenge, I personally lead you through a step-by-step 90-day Transformation that you do every day WITH ME, Just hit play and follow along with me every day as I do the exercises along with you! We'll use video coaching, Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation, Qigong, Rune Chanting, and Intention to COMPLETELY TRANSFORM your identity and your unconscious programming. These are exercises I personally use on a daily basis to open my heart center and connect with my SOUL so I can be fully conscious of my Soul Desire and Manifest my deepest Prosperity.
Phase 1 of The Self-Transformation Challenge includes morning, midday, and nighttime practices. Phase 1 should be done each and every day, consistently for a minimum of 90 days in a row in order to open all of your energy meridians and energy centers. after you've reached the end of phase 1, move on to phase 2 (sold separately)
The morning practice is focused on empowering the kundalini so that you have the energy to get your day started off right.
The midday meditation is focused on reprogramming your unconscious / subconscious mind to align with your higher self and develop a strong connection with your Soul.
The nighttime practice is focused on empowering your energy body by giving it the Qi or life force energy that you need to transform yourself on the deepest levels.
